HR Performance Appraisal Workshop successfully concluded. Ramallah, 05/08/2009 - A HR Performance Appraisal Workshop was successfully completed on July 30th. 18 certificates attesting this were handed out to the participants, consisting of municipal employees, mayors and Ministry of Local Government (MoLG) staff. Please find some photo‘s below. An article concerning the workshop was published in Al-Quds Newspaper.
The main aim of the workshop was to enhance participant‘s skills in Human Resources management. In particular the workshop focussed on the development of participants‘ skills to establish an effective performance appraisal system in their respective organizations. This in its turn should contribute to the attainment of improved productivity, service delivery and planned objectives.
The workshop tackled following topics:
