In line with previous engagements (Health I and Health II programs), the Partner Committee between the Kingdom of Belgium and the Palestinian Authority (PA) approved on 12th December 2007 the identification of a third phase in the Reinforcement of the Tertiary Health Care in the Palestinian Territories.
